What to include
- Formula corrections or bug reports: include the tool URL, the inputs you used, the result the calculator returned, and the result you expected. Where possible, link to the source you're citing.
- Accessibility issues: describe the browser, assistive technology, and steps to reproduce. We aim for WCAG 2.1 AA — see our Accessibility Statement for details.
- Privacy / GDPR requests: include "Privacy Request" in the subject line and specify the right you're exercising (access, deletion, correction, portability). See our Privacy Policy for the full list of rights.
- Press, partnership, or business enquiries: include enough context for us to triage. We are a small studio and prioritise messages that are specific.

Even if your question is specific, we will keep our reply at the level of the tool's methodology, not at the level of an individual's plan.
